Do you guarantee your product?

Yes we do, all of our products are guaranteed ! to be standard quality, check in each department before go to the packaging room. If there is some odd reason you receive a defective product from us, we will replace it on next shipment. damage in shipping is not covered. Damage from the wood acclimating to your climate is not covered.

 

How to order ?

Simply mention the item code and number you need, send an e-mail to us. So quickly we will respond with complete. You will know how many total volume and the amount of money you should pay. Everything will be answered in the e-mail will sent.

 

Payment Term ?

We used Payment by T/T ( Transfer Telegraphic ), 50% as down payment in advance and the balance must be clear before we send you a complete document.

 

Can you manufacture a special design from our product/project or sample?

Yes, off course. We will need specific details with complete measurement including technical drawing and Photo,

what material must used etc, and pricing will depend on the volume of the order.

 

How can I check your quality before I decided to purchase from you?

You can order sample which can be dispatch to you, at your cost via Courier such as Fedex or DHL.

 

How long is the production lead time and delivery time ?

Our production lead time is 4-6 weeks after confirming an order and sailing time is depend on your country port.
